Ginga reserves the right to accept or decline any order, for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing or description errors on the website, or incorrect order details. Until payment is received in full, ownership of the product remains with Ginga. Your agreement to these Terms is considered valid upon payment, which signifies the formation of a contract between you and Ginga.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Portuguese and EU law.
