This website is operated by Ginga Shop, Rua 4 de Infantaria, 62a, 1350-135 Lisboa, Portugal. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund policy and Shipping policy, which describe your rights to return, cancel or withdraw from your order, including your legal right of withdrawal if you are ordering from the European Union.
Orders and prices
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties and taxes for destinations outside the EU customs area are not included (see our Shipping policy).
Ginga may accept or decline an order for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing or description errors on the website, or incorrect order details. If we decline an order after payment, you will be refunded in full. Ownership of the products remains with Ginga until payment is received in full. The contract between you and Ginga is formed upon payment.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to future orders only and do not affect orders already placed. The current version is always available on this page.
Your rights and complaints
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Portuguese and EU law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@shopginga.com. You can also use the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
In case of a dispute, consumers may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity, such as the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt). More information is available at the Portal do Consumidor (www.consumidor.gov.pt).
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
