Shipping policy

Ginga is an independent brand based in Lisbon, Portugal. We currently ship within Europe, working with trusted shipping partners to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Because we ship exclusively within the EU/Europe for now, there are no customs fees or import charges on your order — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. As a small, independent team, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, but please allow for occasional delays during busy periods.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.
